Simon Smallbone raced the 10km during the 3 day-triathlon event around the lake in Echternach. It took him 58:01min to cross the finishline on 57th rank overall out of 104 finisher. Jean-Claude Schmitz ran 59:30min and classified as 66th overall.
Bob Langer (born 2007) and Noa Langer (2005) took part in the Challenge Tageblatt 6 in Schifflange on saturday afternoon after their successful participation at the triathlon in Echternach in the morning. Noa finished 2nd and Ben 3rd in ball throwing – in the 50m sprint, Noa finished 12th out of 43 in 8:55sec, Ben finished 9th on the 600m in 2:30:10min
