5 X3M-runners took the start at the 52nd edition of the ‘BIL Route du vin’ half marathon in Remich [LUX].
Our youngest contestant, Emmi Duhautpas, raced the kids-run over 700m and finished happily with hundreds of other kids. Well done!
In the main race, counting for the luxemburgish half marathon championships, David Claerebout placed himself on 84th position overall (out of more than 1600 finishers) despite a knee injury – his end time : 1h25’41” net. Pascal Duhautpas finished in 1h31’05” on 168th rank, Carlo Feltes took 332nd position in 1h37’01” and last but not least, Maria Peiretti finished 103rd woman in 1h53’24”.
Best performance of the day goes to Annette Jaffke, who helds her athletic licence at CAEG. She became luxemburgish champion over the half marathon distance in a strong end time of 1h24’26” net leading her club mate Tania Harpes by 1’25”.
