Great result from Maria Elisa Peiretti at the IM70.3 Vietnam this weekend.
Together with her husband Chris Rola, who could not race due to some health issues, Maria finished her first IM70.3 race with a very impressive performance.
After a steady swim part in the open water around Danang (45:29), she showed a strong bike part under very hot and humid conditions. After 2:55:27, Maria entered T2 still with a smile on her face.
After 2h04 for the half-marathon, she finsihed the race in 5:53:08, exhausted but happy, on 9th rank in F35-39! Well done Maria!
