Cyril Henricot aligned at the Ironman Frankfurt on sunday for his 1st IM ever. He showed a steady performance in all 3 disciplines allowing him to finish in 12:29:24 on 354th rank in M35-39.
Difficult day for Carlo Feltes though. The weather changed during the day from cloudy and warmish temperatures to rainy and chilly conditions.
Carlo took 1:22:55 for the 3.8km non-wetsuit swim in the ‘Langener Waldsee’. Once on the bike, he showed a steady bike performance with a split time of 6:03:27 for the two 90km loops around the city-centre of Frankfurt (29.80 km/h).
The marathon was a mixture between running, walking and power-napping… 😉
Finally, Carlo finished in 13:32:43 on Overall Rank 2383
