Overweight and out of shape but this one was really fun in Knokke @ironmanbelgium on the 70.3 distance. A good end of a season full of injuries. And yes, no run training, no show 🤷🏻♂️. Congrats to all the @teamx3msnooze athletes on the start and finish line.
