7. Berdorfer Laf 10km

Good performance of Nathalie Bart, who finished 5th female at the ‘Berdorfer Laf’, a traditional 10km race in eastern Luxembourg. Samuel Nilles ranked himself on 16th overall in an end time of 40:52. Semi-Marathon Beckerich

Nathalie Bart won her age group W35 at the 12th Semi-Marathon Beckerich in 1:39:54 and placed herself onto 6th rank overall. Well done! Annette Jaffke, who ran under her athletic licence for CAEG, finished on good 2nd rank overall in 1:34:41. RESULTS – Semi-Marathon Beckerich Christopher Bernard won the shorter 6.4km race in 23:25min!

David Claerebout confirmed his good running shape by lowering his 10km personal best time to 35:03min. He finished on 4th rank overall out of 212 finishers. Well done! Martin Bäumler finished om 68th rank in 43:32min. RESULTS

41. Internationales Master-Schwimmfest Hürth

Carole Kettenmeyer-Reuland started at the 41th international Master-Swimming event in Hürth [GER]. Once again, she performed very well by beating 2 personal best times!
