At the triathlon World Championships in Edmonton/Canada, Bob Haller reached a very impressive 17th place in U23, only 2 minutes and 27 seconds back from french athlete Dorian Coninx.
After the 1.5km swim in 18:01, he was only 24 seconds behind the first group. Once on the bike, he closed the gap to even lead the pack for some time. It is especially during the run that Haller has lost most of the time. His performance, however, is very encouraging for the future.
