X3M committee is pleased to announce that last weekend, X3M member, national referee and FLTRI board member Antoine De Groote participated at an ITU/ETU seminar held in Arnhem, Netherlands, for becoming a Level 1 Technical Official of the ITU. By passing his exam, Antoine became one of 4 luxembourgish ITU referees, beside Eugène Kraus (Level 3), Stéphanie Kraus (Level 3), and Patrick Thill (Level 1). Antoine will make his first experience at an ITU/ETU event within the next months.
