A lot of our athletes participated the 13km Euro-Trail or in the several races at the 7th stage of the Cross-Challenge in Diekirch today.
Gavin Hodgson finished on excellent 5th rank overall at the Euro-Trail out of 154 finishers. The underground was very muddy and deep today, so his race time of 53:56min is very impressive. Yves Koch finished on good 19th position with a time of 59:26min, followed by Carlo Feltes on 24th in 1:00:45. Claude Wurth showed his running progress by finishing in 1:03:49 on 40th overall. In his first race for X3M, Gian-Marco Bartolini finished 65th in 1:07:47. In the female category, 10th rank overall goes to Claire Metzdorff in 1:15:09.
In the Cross races, our younger athletes showed good results too.
In the Benjamines-category (2007/2008), Emmi Duhautpas finished the 500m despite having had some major stomach problems. Finn Schiltz took 11th rank in the Débutants (2005/2006) category over 1450m. And last but not least, Jil Langer finished 32nd in the Scolaires (2003/2004) category.
