5 athletes from our club participated in the several triathlons offered during the Carglass® Cologne Triathlon Weekend 2014, going from Smart Sprint triathlon to Long distance triathlon.
Best performance of the weekend goes to Chris Doyle – he managed to stay below the 10h-barrier for the first time by breaking his personal best time by more than 20 minutes!!! Chris reached the 12th rank overall and won the AG M50!!! Very impressive – CHAPEAU!
Personal best for Carlo Feltes too on the LD triathlon. Chris Rola showed a strong performance on the olympic distance and Maria Elisa Peiretti finished the smart sprint triathlon with a good result.
Unfortunately, Annette Jaffke had to drop out of the middle distance triathlon during the running part. Good recovery to you though!
