Several X3M athletes raced the Ironman european championships in Frankfurt on sunday. Amongst nearly 3000 athletes, Benoit Joachim showed the best performance, especially his bike performance (4h56:59 and 25th bike time overall for 185km) was very impressive. Ben finished in 10h53:54 on 529th rank overall and 95th in M40. Georges Reding finished his 1st Ironman in 11h21:15 on 781st rank – congratulations for this achievement!
Pascal Duhautpas had a hard day but managed to finish in 11h43:20 on 956th rank. Claude Wurth took 1453rd rank overall in 12h34:43. Christian Weyland dropped out of the race after a fast bike split.
