Several X3Mers ran the 40th edition of the flat 10km ‘Ouschterlaaf’ road race in Grevenmacher. The course is known to be fast despite of some windy sections along the moselle river. Claude Lucas managed to set a new personal best time of 35:49min resulting in a good 15th rank overall out of 695 finishers.
Gavin Hodgson just finished one rank behind with an end time of 35:54min, followed by Yves Koch on 25th rank in 37:27min.
Other X3M runners were Jean-Claude Schmitz (87th – 42:20min), Pascal Duhautpas (113th – 43:53min), Alain Jungen (169th – 46:15min), Sandra Dümeland (45th female – 51:07min) and Mariette Brosius (49th female – 51:43min).
