Once again excellent performance by Olivier Godart at the Ironman 70.3 in Dubai today. Olivier performed, again, on a very high amateur level in all 3 disciplines allowing him to win the M40-44 age group out of 248 athletes in this category. Overall, he finished on excellent 19th rank in 4:01:07h.
The male race was dominated by olympic champion Alistair Brownlee (GBR) in 3:35:30h, Anne Haug from Germany won the female category.
